The flowers were a gift for my MIL out of state so I can only say how she liked them. I saw a picture and they looked pretty. She enjoyed receiving them.
I ordered an arrangement online but the flowers delivered were not at all the same. First of all I paid for same day delivery and added expediting fee to be delivered in the morning at least before noon. I have to call them at 1:30, the recipient's time to ask why it was not delivered. Then the flowers that was delivered were not the same arrangement I paid for and with the picture that was sent to me by the recipient, it was less inferior than what I paid for. It was disappointing. It was my first order.

I inquired since I didn't get a delivery confirmation and I received an email back saying that you hadn't heard from the local florist and would let me know. I have still had no confirmation from you or follow-up. If the recipient hadn't called to thank me, I wouldn't have know if the flowers were delivered.

The roses were brown any there were no Lilly's like in the ad. Also I got a small arrangement and not the medium one I ordered. I called florist and they exchanged them, which was what we should have read the first time. I am hoping the roses I ordered will be better for February Valentine's Day order.
We ordered the premium fruit basket & was very disappointed in the size! After spending almost $76.00 for it, we expected it to be much bigger. It wasn't worth the money. We would not recommend them & will not use them in the future!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
