I was promised delivery in 4 hours of placing my order. I was then contacted 4 hours after my purchase to be informed that the delivery could not be delivered the same day as stated. I was then told my order would be delivered the following day Sun. 1/25/15 the day of the wake/funeral. The floral arrangement was not delivered until Monday 1/26/15 a full two days after my order was originally placed. I was still charged a weekend delivery fee as well as a expedited fee. I will never use this company again for future purchases. They are very unreliable and dishonest in their practices.

The flower shop told me the item was delivered and that my recipient lied to me however, it was delivered well after the 12pm time frame I paid extra for. Had they been honest with me I would not be upset

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
