I tried to order the flowers for my mother's 91st birthday on Friday night, April 3rd (CST) for a Saturday April 4th delivery but your website wanted to charge an additional price for same day delivery. I didn't think that was fair since I was ordering them 24 hours in advance. So I placed the order on Friday, April 3rd for the Sunday, April 5th delivery BUT they didn't show up until Sunday at 4:30 EST! So not only were they a day later than I actually needed, but arrived 3/4 of the day gone! For that reason, I'm very disappointed. The roses were closed and very small ones as I was expecting fuller size roses according to the picture.
Had flowers delivered to my mom for Easter, I did not see them but she said they were beautiful. Thank you for making here day brighter during this difficult time.

There was only one name on the card, left out 2 names. The flowers received were not the ones we ordered. I did submit an e-mail and we are to receive a $10 credit. I received notification that the flowers had arrived by 3, but when she went out at 3 they were not there. No one rang the door bell so she was not aware the flowers were out there until later that night when she took her dog for a walk. Not the best experience, but, it is what it is

I checked delivery of orders only to discover my one order was not delivered on date requested. Called company as to delay, was told they could not to find florist in area to be delivered. Asked why the search was not done prior to delivery day. I placed order days in advance why did they wait until delivery date to search. My order was delivered a day late after I had to call to question delay. I may not be making purchase from this company again. Also, flowers I ordered may possibly be the arrangement I ordered. I asked repressive this question they could only day flowers should be same as I ordered. So that's not good enough for me.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
