The delivery driver threaten the recipient not to delivery because he couldnt find the apartment number. I feel that's pretty pernicious being that they were grieving, and he was too lazy to walk and find the door. So i will not be ordering again
Ethe flowers were beautiful and we happy with the delivery time. I was a little upset that the flowers that I ordered online were not the flowers that were delivered. I understand that the shop needs to work with what they have but it was suppose to contain lilies, purple carnations and roses. Basically it was pink carnations, pink roses and little white flowers with some greenery. I didn't make a big deal about it because they were beautiful but I wish it looked more like what I ordered.

Tried 3 attempts before sucessfully ordering. Site kept resending me to the home page. Timing was good but expected as i paid for the service. Flowers were disappointing as arragement could have been much nicer with more of healthier/bloomed flowers. It just looked like it was bundled up in a rush to meet delivery time.
Thanks for the free shipping, will be back here later today to look for bday flowers for next week!
So far I'm impressed. Very clean and easy to use website. The final arrangement ended up being a bit smaller than what seemed to be shown by the relative sizes diagram. I suppose it would expected given the season. It was still very nice, but I don't think I'll be getting the more expensive arrangements in the future
