Everything was fine, the only complaint I have is that some of the flower colors were not what was promises in the description. It said green roses and they were cream and white...I ordered this particular bouquet for the green roses so that was a bit disappointing.

I will never order from here again. The flowers I ordered looked nothing at all like the picture. Half of the flowers were not even blooming and then they added some cheap flowers I didnt even ask for. It was overall very upsetting. The customer service was good when i asked for a.refund they said they woulf send out another flower for me instead. Still waiting on that

Great customer service, but I will not be ordering again or recommending to anyone. Paid for one arrangement and a different one was delivered. Also the delivery could not be made on the requested day.

Item delivered was not what I ordered. Wrong flowers wrong vase nothing matched the picture from the web site. Very dissapointed.
Easy to use but the picture displayed and the actual bouquet were world's apart. I would Never pay almost $50 (with delivery) for that very sad, small bouquet. Next time, I will go to trader Joe's or Costco and deliver myself. I love to by locally but, this was a bummer. She was very happy and, again...delivery was great.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
