I have used Fromyouflowers only a handful of times but it is easy to use. The only thing I would do differently on the website is after a selection is made, estimate the cost with the sales tax and fees so it seems more accurate. I assumed there would be fees but it's nice to know what expense you are looking at before getting to the final stage of ordering.
I live in Nebraska and sent these flowers and balloon to my mom who lives in Florida for her 80th birthday. She was sooo happy & excited to receive them. She said the flowers were very pretty & colorful. Thank you!
Easy to search for what you want. Easy payments options. Loved the choice of arrangements the flowers were not a very good quality. Brown edges.
The handling fee is a surprise at the end. More transparency please - or included in the cost of the flowers.
My friend photographed the flowers upon receipt. Full of cheaper flowers given the price. Still pretty but more than 2 or 3 roses expected for that price!
The ordering was easy but the flowers when received a picture and looked nothing like what I thought I ordered deluxe but looked skimpy and greenery dried out I guess this crazy time is also affecting the flowers so thank you for doing what was possible
Website was easy to navigate. Orders came before 2pm, separately. Bouquet was nice although less than a half a dozen yellow roses. Still nice with some pieces that will have a chance to bloom. The basket was okay but didnt include any chocolate bunny ears and one balloon string/ balloon was disconnected. Also, the basket smelled completely of weed (marijuana). I had to let the Easter basket air out before showing the kids.

The flowers were delivered today as scheduled but they were not the flowers I ordered. The delivered bouquet looks nothing like your picture. I chose this particular arrangement because it had a vase was filled with Easter eggs, the colors are wrong and it was a fuller bouquet. Plus the card was to be an Easter themed card, it was not. It was plain white. I have been so happy with my previous orders but not this time.

Great selection. Easy ordering. I ordered a basket of chocolates and an Easter balloon for my 6 year old grandson He did receive a basket of Easter candy and a stuffed animal but not at all what I ordered. I called customer service and they offered me a 10% refund. I accepted this because he was happy with it but will not order again because I was not informed that they substituted the entire basket. Customers should be given an option if an order can't be filled
Now that I got the product, I am disappointed though I guess I should be happy that I could get Easter flowers at all due to the quarantine. Not as pictured. Expected brightly colored tulips not dull pastels and the tulip flowers themselves are very small.

My Grandson is 5 and loves the Easter Basket! Funny enough he hasn't paid any attention to all those great candies and is totally in to playing with the eggs. He is balancing them on end and that's what makes me happiest! I was so happy and surprised that the delivery was able to be before Easter Sunday! Thank you!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
