Not what I ordered at all. It was maybe a $35 arrangement. Not the same colors or flowers. The one I picked was filled with orange roses not purple daiseys. I have photos if anyone is interested.
Service and delivery were perfect...these were special gifts and myself and the recipients were thrilled!
All recipients received their flowers with great surprise and tears of appreciation.

Fast and easy to order. I was disappointed the one item I ordered wasn't as the picture showed! It is a pot with seeds, not with a plant! Not what I was expecting. If I would of known, I would of ordered flowers or something.

You should not have separate shipping charges. Very deceiving. When you give someone a credit, don't take away the free shipping. Also, the credit should be based on the actual price, not deducted to look like there is a high or low price. Very misleading when viewed. For the price we paid the arrangement was very poor and not worth the cost, I could have went to a local Walmart and could have bought much more then what was purchased. Sad...

This was a gift and I have not seen.
It was easy to order and my order was delivered on the date promised.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
