Paid for the premium floral arrangement that states it will look like the picture. When the arrangement arrived it looked nothing like the picture and lacked half the flowers.
The "free shipping" did not appear on the total so I had to go all the way back to the original email. Frustrating.
I ordered the middle priced bouquet. I thought it would be a little fuller. Also the bow was one I could have made. Very simple thin ribbon. As a gift I was disappointed in that.

The recipient, my brother in Massachusetts, just received the product. It was one day late, but I understand the difficult circumstances under which deliveries are being made at the moment. The flower I ordered - a potted lily - was beautiful. However, the box of chocolates I also ordered was somewhat disappointing: the box was damaged and soaking wet, like it had fallen into a bucket of water. I'm afraid my brother was so skeptical about the chocolates that he may have decided it was safer to discard them. What a shame. So overall: only 3 stars.

Flowers were for my sister. They were delivered when I expected. She sent me a picture of them, there were beautiful. She was very pleased which is what I had hoped. Will definitely order again.
I clicked on an email offer that said "free delivery nationwide" but there was no way on the order page to access that free delivery offer. I went ahead and ordered flowers so that my mother could get them for Easter but am disappointed that the transaction felt like a "bait and switch" to get customers to the site. When the order arrived it was 2 potted Easter lilies jammed into a basket instead of the florist arrangement I ordered. Disappointed with this order all around.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
