I ordered premium flower arrangements and they were not as full as described. One order had to be substituted, which I can understand. However, the email sent does not tell you what they are using as a substitute. I also ordered the European garden blend which was lovely, but they put glitter all over the bouquet which was hideous and really took away from the flowers.
Very easy to order. They were for my daughter's birthday and they were perfect. She was very pleased.

Delivery was on time; however, the plant was left outside on the front step. My parents were indoors and never would have looked for the plant had I not called them, and the plant would have frozen - this Minnesota in April. Ants and flowers cannot just be left outside when delivered.
There were few product options for my parents' zip code and the plant was way over-priced for the product size; however, due to COVID-19, we are unable to deliver the pmant ourselves, so this was the next best thing.
The plant arrived in very good condition.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
