The arrangement that I ordered was white and blue/purple. The arrangement delivered was mostly pink and orange. The container was a different shape/color & had a hot pink bow. This was a sympathy gift and was not appropriate or close to what was ordered

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
