The flower sent to my daughter were embarrassing. A very small vase that had a big glass bubble on the bottom so the vase wobbled. I don't know why the flower shop would have used this vase. The bouquet was very small, just very basic flowers. I gave the florist the free hand choice and they picked from the bottom of the barrel. Can't believe they actually included their card in the delivery!
Free shipping was why I bought as shipping charges are very high. Flowers were as ordered except not as full for a medium

I did not receive what I ordered. The basket had lots of greens, big chrysanthemums, a few carnations, a few roses and a few daisies. The flowers overall were sparse, but lots and lots of greens!

I have been ordering from your company consistently for several years. I like the variety of arrangements that you have to choose from and the quality of your product. However, I was disappointed with this most recent purchase. The flowers looked nothing like the selection that I chose. The color was wrong, the vase was wrong and the flowers were not "Special Occasion" Easter like I had intended them to be. I was very disappointed with what I received. I will reconsider ordering from you in the future.
