My flowers had to be delivered to an alternate address and From You Flowers was very patient and understanding. They placed my order on hold until I received an updated address.
I would have been more satisfied had they arrived on time, during the window I paid for them to be delivered during since I paid extra for expedited service. Also would be nice if the basket would have had at least some of the stuff showed in the picture... it had mainly chips and canned soda and tea and was supposed to be a basket full of mainly candy.
Didnt look like the pciture but did the trick. Delivered perfect for a hard to get into condo.

Plant was on its way to be delivered one day early by mistake, luckily the florist called to confirm delivery and I corrected them on the date, the plant and balloon arrived the next day looking very nice. :)
