The flowers were beautiful and had lots of blooms that weren't open yet so they will last longer. We chose the Premium option and it was very nice.

I received an automated delivery email saying my order was delivered at 2:30 p.m. I received a phone call at 7:00 p.m saying my order could not be delivered because there was an issue with obtaining a gate code needed to deliver to a residence. I was furious, this order was for my 13 year old Godchild and was now not going to make it on her birthday. I should have received a phone call to assist with the gate code and you should NOT send out automatic delivery confirmations. There was a 4 1/2 hour window in which we could have gotten the gate code so the order would have made it on her birthday. I will say this, the customer service gentleman I spoke to was awesome. I knew it was not right to take my fursteration out on him, he was just doing his job. He made the experience as right at he could have so thank you to him. In the future you NOT send out delivery confirmations until the delivery is actully made, NOT when it is fulfilled my the local florist. You should also make every effort to contact the custmer, not just try the local contact number that is provided when the order was placed.
The only problem with the order was that I really wanted Sunday delivery. At the time I ordered I was given the impression it was possible. I was contacted by a very personable representative who explained there was no Sunday delivery in that area. I was compensated fairly for the inconvenience. Overall I am happy with the service received.

The only thing I did't like was having to call customer service several times to find out if my delivery was sent to the florist, if the florist received the order and then when would it be delivered.
And then having paid the extra $4.99 for express delivery to be made before three pm, only to be told that this is a business and they have until 5 to deliever, my mother in law didn't receive the flowers until after 6 pm.
I received the email confirmation of delivery, but I still checked with deliveree as to quality of peace lily. She was extremely pleased and ecstatic over its beauty.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
