Even though I paid $130 for the basket it looked more like a 30 dollar basket. The size of it wasn't anything close to the dimensions posted in the description online and it didn't have the flowers that were online and it did not have all the Ivy and the flowers that were in it or daisies and they were shriveled. There was no bow/ribbon or red flowers. I really got ripped off. I was embarrassed. This was from my family to another family who suffered loss. It should have been big and beautiful.
I am not sure about the product it was not scheduled for delivery until tomorrow.
Had a great experience...ordered right before 2 o'clock in the afternoon for same day delivery...it was delivered with in a few hours. I was in a jam and they came through with no problems...my mom was thrilled.I would definately use them again...
I went in to send a gift.27 dollar item which is now34.99. I signed up with google for a10.00 discount got7.00. You said same day delivery and then there's an additional cost for before 12:00 pm. I don't like the false information that was given and the only reason I am going forward with the order is because I want it there for 3/17/15. I will probably try someone else next time to see if I can get a better price and more ligit info.

Wish there had been an option to add special instructions (or a clearly marked option, if there is...). Knowing my friend lives in a building with a doorperson. I would have expected the flowers to be left with them. If the delivery person talked to the doorman, they'd know that they except flowers and deliveries. Saddened that my friend did not receive flowers on her Birthday as I ordered. A little more communication is what I would suggest. You had both my phone numbers and my friend's as well as my email. Overall she loved the flowers, and I thought the order process was pretty slick and easy. If I ever use your services again I know to include special instructions. Thank you :)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
