Wish there had been an option to add special instructions (or a clearly marked option, if there is...). Knowing my friend lives in a building with a doorperson. I would have expected the flowers to be left with them. If the delivery person talked to the doorman, they'd know that they except flowers and deliveries. Saddened that my friend did not receive flowers on her Birthday as I ordered. A little more communication is what I would suggest. You had both my phone numbers and my friend's as well as my email. Overall she loved the flowers, and I thought the order process was pretty slick and easy. If I ever use your services again I know to include special instructions. Thank you :)

I bought these flowers obviously through the internet, I expected them to be fuller arrangement since I went with the "middle" selection. They were still nice.
I ordered the arrangement that's supposed to look like a birthday cake, but it did not look like a cake. It looked more like a short, round arrangement.
The flowers I ordered were a springlike mixed flower bouquet and I added a teddy bear. (for my daughter who is pregnant) The flowers that were delivered were a half dozen pink roses and a stuffed dog. She does not know if the baby will be a girl so felt awkward. So I contacted customer service and they did come through with the correct flowers and exchanged them for the roses. The second bouquet was perfect.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on a special date not knowing that the person I ordered them for would not be home. When I found out that evening that she was out of town but the flowers were left on her porch, I called and was told that fresh flowers would be delivered in their place. The flowers were delivered when she returned and she loved them. Great customer service!

I'll purchase again if the order is of good quality. I had an issue recently with FTD so no longer using them. **********
Order was delivered next day and not date that I had indicated (March 19th). Florist was contacted and apologized and did a re-send of the order however, I paid for the "before noon" delivery fee and expected that on the correct date for delivery and that did not happen. Delivery was made 3:30pm (1:30 PST). I'll be searching for another source for future orders.
