This was the most confusing, lack of communication, poor custoemr service I have ever dealt with.
I called at 4:40 EST and the CSR called the delivery florist to stop the delivery for yesterday confirmed with me that it will be delivered today since it was not goign to make it on time. Later yesterday night I got a call from another CSR saying I missed the delivery. I went over the whole conversation earlier. Asking specifically did she see delivery for today, being answered "oh yes I do". I walked into work this mornign and the flowers were delivered at 6 something at night! This was a nightmare and failure on evey part.
The product received looked nothing like what I ordered. As a matter of fact, I was embarrassed when I saw the arrangement that was delivered to my friend. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

The arrangement delivered is absolutely beautiful and is identical to the sample photo used to place the order. Delivery was as promised (next business morning) even though my order was placed after normal business hours. I'm very impressed with fromyouflowers.com. Thank you.

Ordered on Wednesday for Thursday a.m. delivery. Received after noon on Friday. Terrible service from the local florist. If I were you, I'd dump them and contract with someone competent.

The delivery was fast and on time and the arrangement was nice, but it did not look anything at all like what I thought I ordered so that was disappointing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
