I liked the option for "Guest" purchase. Depending on delivery and quality of the flowers when they arrive I would setup an account and make this a regular company to purchase from.

My flowers were guaranteed to be delivered to my friend in the hospital by 5pm on 3/18. When I spoke to my friend who was to receive them on the morning of 3/19 they had never been delivered. I called customer service and was told that the florist put in a request on 3/18 to change the delivery date to 3/19. No one from the florist or from fromyouflowers.com contacted me to let me know this. The customer service agent was very helpful and spoke with the florist and had the flowers delivered by 1pm on 3/19. While this was good, it really annoyed me that I was charged for same day delivery and never contacted when this wasn't going to happen. To add insult to injury, fromyouflowers.com sent me a confirmation saying my flowers were delivered on 3/18! Had I not spoken with my friend I would have never known that this was a lie. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone who needs same day flower delivery.
There wasn't enough room to type in the full address of the hospital. I had to abbreviate a lot to include patient's room number.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture you had online. I would tell friends about this site but jus make sure that the ppl you guys sent have the right flowers. The flowers looked NOTHING like the web page. Overall yes I would buy from here jus pls pls pls make sure the flowers look like the pictures you have on the web!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
