Entering the information, both for the card and delivery, was a little confusing.
Also, I paid for same day delivery, within 4 hours, but the flowers were not delivered that day.
I am not sure what the problem was, and am not sure if this would have been corrected, if I had not emailed customer service to confirm that the flowers were delivered. I asked that the 4 hour delivery fee (and also the same day delivery fee) be credited to my PayPal account.
Shopping experience was easy, delivery was not on time though I paid extra. My husband had to retrieve it from the front desk because they could not find him. The overall appearance was chincy and the personalized vase was not a keepsake as I thought it would be. Just a cheap piece of waterproof paper rolled on the inside of a glass vase. My husband paid the same price and got a much nicer bouquet for me from a local florist. Lesson learned.local flowers are ALWAYS better. Overpriced,and box of chocolates was small.
Mother in law loved flowers however lilies were not open but hope they bloom soon!
