It was quite easy. I would also like to see calla lilies in different colors.
The family expressed the flowers were quite lovely and fresh. They felt peaceful just looking at them.
It's always more expensive than I think. I was prepared to spend $29.99--after I applied my discounts and shipping... and then there's a surprise "handling fee" I didn't know about, taking me up to almost $45 -- that's 50% more than I thought I would spend! I do NOT love that.
I also planned on same-day delivery; and shopped specifically under that category. But when I got to the delivery options, the closest to same day was a week from my same day.
I can handle these disappointments - they're not going to stop me from shopping here again. I would just prefer transparency, instead of trickery. That should be your motto: "transparency, not trickery."

This was so convenient, I got the delivery date I needed with no minimum purchase requirements like other sites.
It would be "nice" if the delivery charge was identified prior to the final checkout screen!
Delivery was left on my doorstep with no prior notification as to when to expect it. Flowers were in vase, UNWRAPPED or PACKAGED! Lucky I was home; if it were windy or raining, it would have spilled all over.
Also, delivery person was NOT wearing protective gloves.

Got a confirmation abt change but it wasn't changed
The first time I completed the order I was surprised at the delivery charge. I put it through again and ordered the smaller size in the flowers and it still came through in the medium...trying to lower cost. So I sent it through one more time and it did take the smaller bouquet (even though I really wanted the next size up). I appreciate the discount in prices and I'm sure they will be beautiful!. I really appreciate that you are willing to deliver this during a "down" time.
For what it's worth. I ordered the Southern Peach Bouquet for my parents 35th wedding anniversary- it was supposed to be peach with sprinkles of white and just an overall wild flower feel about it. It showed up with pink roses and carnations, there were a few white flowers sprinkled throughout but not at all what was shown in the picture.
I was ok paying extra for delivery and whatnot but that was assuming I got something similar to what was pictured. While I understand the local florist may not have had the exact flowers- I expected something similar, not an entirely different look.
