Ordered an arrangement at Premium level and a basket. Did not get the basket and flowers seems basic. Miniature selections of flowers.
I was very disappointed with the finished result. Adding baby's breathe or something would have enhanced the bouquet. 1 of the flowers I rec'd was wilted upon delivery. Not pleased.

I upgraded to the next size basket, so I figured it would be a little bigger. Also, the picture showed that there were peace lilies in the basket and there were none.

I ordered the flowers late last night and they made it there early the next morning. Deliver was very fast! My daughter is a nurse from Texas working at a hospital in New York, and we wanted to lift her spirits. She was very happy with the flowers. I know with Covid-19 supplies might be limited, the flowers in the picture looked a little better than what actually arrived. Overall we were satisfied.

I have ordered from you in the past and not had any problems, but this time my order was delivered a day late even though I paid extra shipping to have it delivered on my friend's birthday. I ordered on the 15th, paid to be delivered on the 16th - even received an email saying it was delivered, but it didn't arrive until the 17th. Other than that everything was fine and she was happy with her arrangement. I was disappointed though.
Good service and easy ordering
Ordering was easy. May be helpful to have a delivery date and funeral date because I wanted my flowers delivered the day before so it caused confusion and someone had to call me to confirm. I usually use 1800flowers but your price was much better for same size arrangements. I think this is 5th time this year I had to send flowers to a funeral. Will definitely use you going forth.

The flowers came a full day early. They were supposed to be a birthday gift and were delivered the day before my mother's birthday. I don't know why a delivery date option is given if it is going to be ignored. The arrangement was embarrassingly small for the amount it cost. I could have made a better bouquet with gas station flowers. I am very disappointed and will not be using this service again. I will also never recommend anyone else to use it. I haven't had a chance yet to call in but I plan on calling about a refund.
We Loved the balloon bouquet, stuffed unicorn, and box of chocolates you sent for my grand babies first birthday! We were not able to be with her because of the virus but wanted to do something special. I thought she was getting a teddy bear and you picked up on it being for a little girl and went above and beyond to make everything really special for a little girl! My daughter loved it and our grand baby is having a lot of fun with her new stuffed friend- (which is bigger than her), the balloons and her first box of chocolates! I have four daughters and they already got your information to use you in the future! Thank You, I was beyond satisfied! :)
You were great to find a solution to the delivery problems with all florists closed in my area and sent the flowers complimentarily, way beyond what was necessary. It was my wife's birthday and I had send her flowers for over 50 years in a row and you solved the problem of getting her flowers this year so I did not break my string and the flowers were fresh and beactiful, thanks so much. Once it arrived which was pretty quick considering the pandemic going on, my mother zoomed me and showed me the product. It came in 2 beautiful baskets that are also reusable. She loved it. I did also. Thanks again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
