I am happy with the service. Shipping is kind of pricey and I bought the "best value" which I thought would of had more flowers or nicer flowers in it but it was still pretty and my sister appreciated it.
On Saturday I ordered Flowers for my daughters Birthday and a Mylar balloon to be delivered on a Sunday. I paid extra $ to have them delivered before noon. The flowers never came. I called customer service and they told me the flowers were on their way. They never showed up. I called customer service again after 5 pm. The customer service representative told me the flower store was closed and that the flowers would not be delivered. She apologized and offered me a 20% discount on the order and told me they would be upgraded and would include a note of apology and would be delivered on Monday before noon. It's Monday. It's 1:40 pm and still no flowers. I'm on the phone with Customer service now. After a long wait on hold someone finally takes my call. I have asked to speak to a customer service manager. I am put on hold again. On hold for a long time again! I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. The representative came back on the phone and told me all customer service mangers were busy helping other customers. Of course they are! I told him to cancel my order. He told me he confirmed the order was on the truck and on it's way now. The prerecording I listened to for so long kept saying that they can't confirm deliveries by phone and to please check the web site! This is BS! I told the guy I want a full refund. He put me on hold again. He came back and started to talk and I told him to cancel my order in full. He was a little speechless for a minute. I repeated. I want a full refund. Cancel this order. This is a terrible company. LIES LIES LIES. Terrible company. I will never order from them again. I don't get my refund. All hell is going to break loose!

Price was lower for the plant until I entered the promo code for the free shipping. Then plant cost went up9.00. It doesn't seem right that you offer promo codes than change the cost of the merchandise.

This was from my parents to a friend who was celebrating her 100th birthday. They went to the party, and the flowers were there. They were exceptionally beautiful. This was a very good experience. I will definitely buy for myself and others from your site. I would HIGHLY recommend your floral services.

This is a Great sight. Besides being easy to order my delivery was made as requested and a call was made to alert me delivery personnel was at the address requested. The receiver was not home, the delivery person didn't just leave with the flowers left them with next door neighbor which was perfect. Thanks for fulfilling the order and making sure they were received on the day requested.

I truly enjoy putting a smile on my loved ones faces. I know flowers usually do that, so every once in awhile I will send flowers. I found your site on-line and thought your prices were fair, so I would give you a try. However, I do NOT like the fact that you have to add service/handling fee to the product. I feel that's too much money. I mean $15.00, really?! But by the time you find what you like and go thru the process of check out I feel guilty for not clicking "order"...
So you find a flower arrangement you like for@ $25.00 and by the time ALL of the extra fees are tallied up, I end up spending $50.00. No joke! WOWZA!
In my opinion, some of the fees gotta go, or at least are lowered to a reasonable rate.

The delivery was 4 hours late so the person they were getting sent to didn't get them. It made my day very long and ruff on the phone with everyone trying to figure out what happened I finally got them around 630 -7. Just really ruined the suprize.
I sent flowers to an address that had no local florist. I ordered the very day that I needed them delivered and they got them mid-afternoon. Pretty impressive. So nice to know about this service! It all went smoothly.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
