Twice ordered the regular at 39 dollars, and your site switched me to the Premium item at 59 dollars again, plus no mention of the 14 dollar delivery charge until too late. This similar to the old "Bait and Switch" scheme, as every time I clicked on the regular item something changed to the highest priced item at checkout.

Overall experience was good. The order arrived on time and in good shape. The only issue I have is the cost of upgrading. It is not evident from photos, what the differences look like based on the cost of the size.

For my daughters 8th birthday I ordered the Cuddle Up & Celebrate bouquet. It was supposed to come with a teddy bear, birthday balloon, sunflower, and vase. My daughter got the bear and a PLASTIC gladiolus (no balloon or vase) and when i called the CS Lady was nice but what I got instead of a full refund I got a partial refund and $20 to spend (which i probably wont) at their website. I don't blame fromyouflowers.com for the horrible quality. I blame the florist shop for that. It just stinks that when I cant spend her birthday with her (and want to send her something to make her smile) the gift I sent was NOT what I ordered. The quality of the flower was horrible because it was plastic... I just hope if I do order something that it will be better.
