I feel that a better selection for fathers day was needed, also no actual father's day balloons could be selected
It was quick and easy, fair pricing. My mother was so happy with the flowers, she said they were just beautiful.
Very easy to order in system a lot of gifts chose from. My delivery could go out same day I was upgraded on the package, but my order didn't get delivered until 4:30 next day. I thought it should of been earlier since it didn't go out first day ordered.
They say the flowers will be delivered today, even though it's Sunday, If that's true then I will truly give a 5 star rating, we shall see...well they didn't get delivered till Monday but they called and were very sorry and upgraded my order, the flowers were beautiful and I was pleased.

I was not able to get a card to my step-father in time and options on line were plentiful and expensive.
I will recommend fromyouflowers.com to friends that have a last minute crunch for a gift.
Otherwise, is is MUCH chaper to do the shopping yourself and mail it through the USPS with a good lead time.
I paid over $60 dollars for $35 worth of product and last minute shipping.
Too expensive for me to use on a regular basis for sending gifts.
However, I do appreciate you were able to accommodate my lack of planning and preparation for Father's Day, so overall, thanks you for your service!

I read the descriptions of the different sizes of bouquet and opted for the biggest, but was underwhelmed when it arrived. I have been buying flowers online in the UK for years, and this was more expensive and less lovely than any I've bought previously.

I ordered a Father's Day bouquet to my husbands work and paid extra to ensure delivery before noon. The flowers were not delivered until after 4:30pm, when he had already left work. Although they reimbursed me for the fee for early delivery, it didn't help that my husband didn't get the flowers, as he already left work! It was a waste of money.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
