I had a basket of flowers and a bear sent to my granddaughter after she had her tonsils out. I wanted same day delivery but forgot it was the day before Fathers Day. Needless to say the flowers were delayed a day but my granddaughter was thrilled when she got them. Other than not getting same day delivery and (which was my fault) I was very pleased with the on line service and product that was delivered. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
