Easy to use website --great looking gifts & bouquets
I ordered flowers and I was given tracking number #******* I paid 41.29 for a same day delivery yesterday. I got a phone call yesterday afternoon saying that my flowers could not be delivered after I paid my money and that they would be delivered today. As of right now I have not gotten a confirmation of my order and that the payment of 2.99 I paid for same day service was credited. I did not get a call to say it was delivered I had to call myself and the confirmation number I was given was not right. The process was not as smooth at all. Bumps all over!
Flowers were not delivered on the date scheduled but I was never informed. I had to call to find out that they were scheduled for the next day and then I had to bargin to get a decent discount for this bad service because they offered only $5. If you want flowers delivered on time in areas other than very populated urban area, make sure to place your order 2 days in advance. They upgraded the order and included an apology note which was good but sometimes being punctual (it was my graduation day) is more important.

Everything was perfect except the flowers. They did not match the picture at all and I even paid to have it upgraded.
The flowers were delivered to a friend as requested. They arrived on the correct day. The friend did not comment about the quality of the flowers or the delivery. I guess everything was OK.

I've already contacted customer service about this but this is by far the worst flower delivery experience I've had in my life. Clearly, flower deliveries are for special occasions and I think we pay a nice premium for the service the flower delivery entails (e.g. Element of surprise, convenience). When people schedule for deliveries for a certain date, I think it's reasonable that the flowers be delivered on that day with a certain amount of due diligence. Of course certain unforeseen circumstances can excuse untimely delivery but this wasn't that case. It was for my sister's birthday and I specifically asked her to stay home from 9am-5pm because those were the guidelines for residential flower delivery. She indeed was home until 6pm. The florist claims delivery was attempted at 2pm but recipient could not be reached. A once try and no calls to the recipient or the sender to see what should be done is hardly due diligence to get flowers delivered on time.
What makes the situation much worse is that I gave the florist benefit of the doubt and didn't complain and waited for delivery the following day. When no delivery was attempted by end of the next day, I contacted customer service. Delivery was finally completed with some due diligence since the recipient wasn't home to receive. HOWEVER, the flowers and balloons delivered were of terrible quality. My sister, the recipient, actually asked the delivery person why the flowers and balloons looked that way and the response she got was that it's because the bouquet and balloons were prepared for Friday. That is a terrible response and I don't think any quality flowers should look withered in two days!
I sent a photo of the flowers received to customer service and I got an apology and an offer to have new set of flowers delivered. No thank you! After having inconvenienced the recipient so many times, I absolutely refuse to have to coordinate any kind of delivery times with this florist again. Furthermore, I will most definitely not use or recommend fromyouflowers.com in the future.
I paid for a premium bouquet of flowers. I wanted bigger than the one pictured so I ordered the most expensive premium option. When I got a picture from my mom, it looks like a sad little bought of flowers which is much smaller than the ones pictured on the website!

The person that received the flowers sent me a picture. I was very disappointed because it did not look anything what I selected. I understand that it would not be exactly like the picture but this wasn't even close in my opinion. I expected to see majority of yellow flowers. Very disappointed.

My initial reflection on my on-line shopping experience was "Easy, good selection, speedy delivery and reasonably priced. What else do I need?" After seeing the birthday celebrant's photos, "How about something that fits the description & photo on the website." Opulent Pink Orchid suggests that the orchid that arrives will in fact be pink, not snow white. If I had wanted a white orchid, I could have purchased one from several of the other sites I visited. This is clearly a misrepresentation on the part of the florist that supplied the plant who hoped I wouldn't find out or that I wouldn't contact fromyouflowers.com. I could have purchased the same plant at Home Depot for about $15. My entire yard is a garden, filled with flowers & not one of them is white. White would have been my LAST choice. How disappointing!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
