I was really impressed with the options and pricing, until I saw the14.99 service/handling fee. That was an unexpected and disappointing additional charge, but I am very pleased with the low cost for same day delivery. Thanks for your service!

I was unhappy with the surprise fee at the end of placing my order. I ordered a $20 bouquet and when I went to pay with all the fees it was $42. When I decided not to place the order, I received an email waiving the $14.99 shipping and handling fee and my total came to $22. I was very pleased with the bouquet, the service, and that price!
There were no problems.
If I order flowers online again, I'll come back here.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
