Your website offers same day delivery. I spent a ton of time clicking on options that said same day, hoping to actually have them the next day, then when I click on the calendar it actually wasn't available the next day. Finally I got on a chat, and someone advise me that the cut off is noon. So I clarified, your website says same day delivery, but at 4 o'clock in the afternoon I can't place an order for the next day? He apologized and said that was true. What a waste of time. An extra charge for vase (that price for flowers should include a vase), and a $14.99 handling fee? Your sale is a joke, I will not be recommending; paid way more in fees than anything I saved- $36 in fees on $50 of flowers? Ridiculous. Only placed the order because the recipient is very deserving and I didn't want to waste anymore of my own time.
The flowers were beautiful and while they didn't arrive on time I did receive communication letting me know there was a delay, and with the current pandemic situation it was very understandable. Have ordered from them before and will do so again in the future.
Site added expedite fee and handling fee at very end and jacked the price by $20. Just be upfront about costs. If flowers are delivered on time and in good condition then I will be pleased. You have some not so great reviews online tho.

I had to put the address in every time I wanted to look at a new item frustrating. Then the service fee at the end is so misleading should be included in the price and tax and shipping only at the end.
Quick and easy. The flowers were pretty but different from photo. And they were covered after five, I just hoped it would be sooner. But All in all I'm satisfied... And my daughter in law said they made her day!
