First time customer and had a stressful and terrible experience. My anniversary was today and I could not get any estimate on when the flowers would come. I waited all day and then tried to get assistance with no luck. They said the local florist was closed so they could not reach them. At 6:00 PM I was told the flowers had been delivered but they had not. I did not get them until after 8:30 PM. By this time my anniversary was over and my wife got to enjoy the flowers for an hour. I am extremely disappointed with this company. Flowers were expensive and not even that nice for the price. Never again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
