Looking Flowers!
I did not see the "service-handling" charge on the initial pricing, and I already paid 2 different fast delivery charges.
The balloons were delivered on Friday as scheduled. However, the person that I gifted the balloons to informed me that they had deflated already. Which I find very disappointing and embarrassing. They did not stay inflated very long. I can understand the regular balloons deflating but the Mylar balloons should not have lost air in just two days. I have had Mylar balloons last weeks and they were purchased from the Dollar Store. I am not sure if the flower shop used did not fill them properly or have an adequate pump to inflate them.
I have used fromyourlfowers.com several times and I must say that this is the first time that I can honestly say that I am very disappointed in the service provided.
So far my experience has been convenient and helpful.
Placing my order was convenient. However a couple of hours later I received a call informing me that local florists in my area could not supply the flowers I had ordered but would substitute what they had in a colorful arrangement. I accepted this as I needed the flowers delivered that day but I was disappointed I could not have what I had seen and chosen on the website. The flowers we received were simple and pretty but nothing like the flowers on the website, not even the presentation (vase, ribbon).

I am very satisfied with the flowers you delivered. They are beautiful. I looked into a few other companies that promised same day delivery, but when I went to finalize my order they kept trying to give me a delivery date that was not the date I wanted. I will be using your services in the future.

Easy, great variety to choose from. I liked the variety of price ranges. Person receiving the order really liked the flowers. However, I noticed I asked for a vase and it looked the flowers were in a orange bucket. Not so sure about that one.
