Very thankful for fast delivery and ease of ordering but the items didn't look ANYTHING like the picture. I paid for a "good luck" mylar balloon and it was just a green balloon.

The candy in the picture was not same as what was delivered. Delivery which I paid extra for was not delivered by noon. The candy sat in the porch and was melted. The balloon said I love you but should have said Happy Anniversary. It's like a child was in charge! Not happy for the $81 I spent.

Disappointed that out of all 5 orders that were place only 1 was delivered as a same day. Paid extra, was confirmed to have been delivered same day and after I callled the next day to ask where the flowers were I was told they were being delivered the following day. Disappointed
Very simple order form
I thought the prices were ok, but by the time of checkout with all the other fees its $25-$30 dollars more!
I ordered the deluxe version and do not believe the bouquet we received reflected that level. It also looked hastily assembled and not arranged as well as it should have been.
While the delivery time was extremely fast, the bouquet that arrived looked nothing like the one I selected online. I will not order here again, it seems like false advertising.

I ordered a bouquet of many red roses with purple irises. It was beautiful in the picture! I also ordered a medium teddy bear.
What I got was a bouquet of 3 red roses with two blue delphiniums. Not what I paid for!
And the teddy bear was small, not medium. Very disappointed! Will not every use your service again unless you make it right. I have pictures if you would like to see them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
