Love the product and service
Just video chatted with my mom who was the recipient of the flowers (It is her 80th birthday and I can not spend it with her because of the virus.) She was happy with the bouquet, but when she showed it to me, I was somewhat disappointed. There was no ribbon as pictured on your website, and the flowers were not as nicely arranged. Easy online ordering processes, and timely, no contact delivery.

The flowers were good for their value compared to others I have bought. They looked fresh in the photo I saw and they came on time. I don't usually recommend places so I doubt I would recommend this site.
Laborious
I don't like the fact there has to be a minimum order price, which would not have been as bad, had the arrangement reflected the higher price. It was very small. In addition, all of the purple flowers in the arrangement were crispy dead. I was quite embarrassed.
Would order from again
It was a last minute choice to try to send some birthday flowers to my friend who really needed a pick me up. The flowers I ordered were delivered on time and it absolutely made her day. Thank you so much for this service, and the quality of product! I will surely be a return customer!

I understand products vary but what I ordered based on the photo I saw on the website was nothing like what was received! It was very disappointing! It was lopsided, there were no ribbons, it did not have the elegant appearance that was advertised.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
