I ordered a fruit basket. It arrived very late in the day - was supposed to be there by 6 pm, but arrived 7:15pm. Some of the bananas were rotten. My choices were to redeliver (which would require the recipients to be home and hand over the rotten fruit), or get a partial refund and discount on next order. I chose the partial refund/discount. Really would have preferred that the local shop had been more careful about selecting the fruit.

The color of flowers were not available in the area I had the arrangement sent. I understand these things happen. Fortunately, the recipient liked the replacement color (I dislike it). It would be nice if a discount would be offered for my next order. I picked a certain color of flower because it has special meaning for me as well as the person who received them...so that was a big disappointment.
Flowers looked beautiful on the photograph which my daughter sent to me on facebook. Thank you very much for such good service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
