The Spray was beautiful, but over priced. I enjoyed everything about this site and business that was made, but the sprays are too expensive.
It is a long process. I'll be satisfied if they turn out as good as the picture and get there today as promised.
We were informed the flowers were beautiful.
My disappointment was in the ordering process due to a price difference at the end of my order. I was ordering for a group therefore also collecting money from everyone. I started the order, told them the price, then when I got to the end of my order I had 3 additional prices added which made my order go from $31 to $55.
I understand you have to charge for the delivery but it should be included in the beginning. It was misleading.
Everything arrived fresh and on correct delivery date. I ordered two different items n they were not delivered at the same time. Fruit was left outside on front step after owner had left the house. Fortunately she was not gone from home for a long time and retrieved the gift quickly so all was well.

It was reasonable and easy to order.
First of all, the delivery was to be made before 12pm but wasn't until after 1:30pm. I was left trying to figure out if the person receiving the arraignments would even be available to be there after12pm totally spoiling the surprise. This was the most stressful transaction I have ever been involved with. I will never ever use your services again and will recommend to everyone here at the University to do the same!

The flowers look perfect in the picture, however, if the actual flowers aren't fresh and beautiful, I will be requesting a refund. (I've had bad experience from prior online flower shops)

Did not receive the flowers that we ordered. Was totally disappointed with the product. A perfect way to ruin a birthday. I will not be using this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I could have gotten better flowers picking them up from a convenience store or gas station.
