The website was easy to use and efficient in showing me what flowers I wanted to buy. My only problem was that the flowers I ordered did not look the same as the model.
Flowers arrived on time and were the right kinds of flowers, and look quite beautiful. However, the arrangement was MUCH smaller than the picture on the website led me to believe it would be. Disappointing in that aspect. A $50 arrangement (plus delivery) should not be this small. I definitely overpaid.
The arrangement was not what I ordered. The card said Love Brice and Terri and our names are Bruce and Terri. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address also. I would be happy to send you a picture of the stone that was in the flowers. Very disappointed.

The roses were very securely packaged and safely delivered. The flowers are gorgeous long-stemmed, perfect full buds & perked up immediately after being put in warm water.
I prefer to be contacted via telephone per confirmation of delivery.
Ordering was very simple, and I was not in a place to price-shop. The balloons, once they got there, were outstanding! They were just a day late. Not the end of the world, of course, but I ordered from this site because same-day delivery was available.
