I live in the UK and due to COVID19 left it too late to send birthday card and looked for a company to send flowers to a relative in Alpharetta GA. Your website was very easy to use with beautiful pictures showing goods available.
The product I received does not resemble the product description nor does it have any bronze mums which was the name of the product. My wife did not get the gift for her anniversary that I ordered. I request a refund.

It would be nice to get order total before putting in credit card info. I ordered yesterday and was surprised by the total with all the fees added so I did not place the order today. Got order on day it was scheduled for. However, the flower arrangement sent was NOTHING, not even same flower type in arrangement, and ALL flowers where withered, as if left in the heat for too long.
I have pictures of what I ordered and pictures of arrangement, not evenly distributed, looks like the florist 8 yrs. Old child put it together. Once you see the 2 pictures your CEO will be infuriated and embarrassed.
I am requesting my money back and pick up your withered monstrosity.!
