After a slight delivery delay which the company notified me off and even upgraded the flowers for free. The flowers were delivered. If I'm honest I was a little disappointed in the boquet it was smaller than the picture looked and they don't seem to be lasting very well.

My order was delivered in a timely manner, and looked exactly like the picture on the website, I was pleased with that. The service fees were higher than I expected, and made my order a little more expensive than planned, but overall I am happy with my experience and will use this website again!
Normally the experience is good. My problem is that i pay for the before noon delivery but that does not always happen...I paid for the pre noon delivery and again it did not show up til 4. Will not use them again

I ordered some flowers to send to a friend same day as she had lost her boyfriend. Fromyouflowers was unable to find a florist to deliver that day so they contacted me via phone and email immediately letting me know and offering to upgrade the arrangement the next day. The following day, someone called me letting me know the flowers were upgraded and that they would be delivered in a timely manner. The ended up sending two huge vases of flowers. Good customer service is something I am always looking for and fromyouflowers.com has A++ service. I will definitely use them in the future.
Someone called and said they could not make what I ordered and would substitute a wooden cross in place of the river cane one. I was okay with that, but when I saw it, I wasn't impressed at all. The flowers were very pretty, but the wooden cross was kind of ugly. Size and delivery time were good.

I sent this as a first time customer, taking a risk with a company that I knew very little about other than satisfaction comments and a check on the BBB website. I found out my brother was visiting in Indiana, and his wife wasn't going to be home at the delivery time expected, so I called customer service, who said they could recommend a time for delivery. Thus, the package arrived right after it got to their apartment, so there was no melting, wilting, or theft of this product. I am overly joyous that it arrived in mint condition, and will shop here again in the future. The ONE thing I didn't like was paying forty dollars for just candy and a basket. I am fine with the shipping and handling cost, but it's just a minor issue. He's a guy, so I'm pretty sure he'd probably just dump the flowers anyway. Thank you for your excellent customer service, your quick reaction time to resolve issues, and getting the product delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
I feel that the inability to fulfill the order the same day was a retaliatory action taken for my poor review of the pricing policies. My comments were directed toward the fact that many online floral sites offer 4 hour same day delivery, at a fair rate, or with free delivery, in addition to the fact that the discount was only applies to the flower a and not additional merchandise. Luckily I write for the Tribune from time to time so I am able to follow through in greater detail at a later date. However I can assure you that when the order is delivered, if the recipient is made to feel at all uncomfortable or disrespected, we will have an entirely different issue on our hands. Good day.
Misleading price from what was advertised and the unexpected high service fee ($14+) added at the very end.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
