My order was delayed a day and it delivered next day in afternoon, when customer service told me it will deliver in the morning.
I didn't even like the flower selections.
Extremely disappointed with the product that was delivered. I purchased flowers with a baby blue building block vase with 3 balloons. What I got was a plain clear vase with 1 balloon.
Read the fine print everyone. Evidently it says that if vendor doesn't have a particular vase, you may receive whatever they have.
Biggest waste of $97!
The bouquet I received was totally different from what I ordered. The florist asked to substitute a couple flowers and when I received them, everything was replaced and not one flower was what I originally ordered in my bouquet. Needlessto say I was not happy. What I got was not worth what I paid for.
$14.99 service and handling is absurd.
I had paid extra to have the flowers arrive before noon, with the worry that the recipient would leave before the flowers arrived. The flowers did not come until after 1:00. Customer service was very helpful in identifying the status of the delivery, but I was disappointed by the delay. Also, the arrangement of the flowers was not as distributed and well presented as was demonstrated on the website.
I placed an order at 9:00 am and paid for the expedited delivery (within 4hrs). Flowers never showed. Sent an email asking for clarification as to why the flowers had not been delivered. They immediately called me. Told me the florist had ran out of that type of arrangement and would be able to send them in the morning. They refunded me for the expedited shipping and 10%. The next day at 1:00 pm they call and said that they couldn't produce the specific arrangement I had ordered. They would need to substitute for something different. On top of all of this, she then tells me that they do not have the balloons I ordered as well. In total, Customer Service refunded me for; expedited shipping, 40% (original 10%, and an additional 30%), $20 voucher (which I will never use) and a medium box of chocolates. I will NEVER do business with the site again.

Price and delivery were great. I would have liked to receive a receipt of some sort after I placed the order. My fault for not printing out as soon as I checked out, but every other service I have used online, right away send an e-mail confirmation. Once I paid, until this survery e-mail, I had not idea of the details on the order I had placed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
