I don't understand why the15 fee for service/handling. That should be disclosed before the final cart or included in the cost of the flowers. Next time I will shop local instead of an online place. Also, I selected Best Wishes Bouquet with Birthday Balloon. The flowers were nice, but the balloon was not a birthday one. It said "Thinking of You". The recipient was confused and thought it was a sympathy for turning 30.

The flower delivery got messed up because when I was filling out the order form, I didn't realize it was asking for the person's name I was sending it to. When they went to deliver the flowers, they couldn't find a patient with my name there and it created confusion. I wish they would have called me and we could have straightened it out right away. However, I contacted customer service through email and they were fantastic.

Very helpful, wanted to order from UK to New York and got excellent service over e-mail.

The flowers were for my daughter and her husband on their wedding day (just a quiet 'legal' procedure with the real ceremony taking place in the UK later this year) and they absolutely loved them!

After contacting customer service, resolution was really quick - I was answered in a speedy manner, and less than 24 hours later, the flowers were delivered. My experience was easy. Site was user-friendly. As long as my delivery is received as scheduled, I will be very satisfied. Now that my order has been delivered, it was four hours late when I paid additional for it to be delivered by noon.

Ease of ordering and good selection.The ordering experience was easy and there were many options such as adding a balloon, stuffed animal and so on. Was needing something to send at last moment for granddaughter's birthday and your site fit the bill. Overall a great experience, due to my granddaughter being happy.

I paid extra fees a day before hoping to get a guarantee delivery before 12pm today while it has been late for almost 3hrs. It was supposed to be a surprise for my friend's birthday and I required to send flowers to her office location. I am pretty worried whether my friend could receive this gift during BUSINESS HOURS today as I was told that your company failed to get responses from florist and no delivery status updated util I got a message from my friend at 2:50 pm.

Anyway, I will contact customer services getting my guarantee fees refunding. Very disappointed about CNBC's rating!
