Was easy and fast and my daughter liked the flowers she received. But, the Congratulations ballom for which I paid, was not delivers. I want to receive a refund to my credit card as soon as possible.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
