I ordered this plant for my husbands birthday. The plant didn't arrive until well after 9pm, he had already gone to bed, his birthday was over. It was delivered by UPS and I can't believe I had to pay those high delivery rates to have my gift to my husband spoiled by extremely late arrival. I'm truly disappointed that you choose to use UPS to deliver flowers and or plants. Received the plant in perfect condition, just not happy with your choice of delivery service. Look for another delivery source for plants.
Thought it was somewhat pricey for the size of the bouquet, but then again it's my first time buying flowers for someone.

I must say that the picture was much better than the arrangement received. I am out of the country so I needed to find a reliable place to send flowers to the funeral of a close relative. After hearing from someone who attended the service, I am disappointed in the arrangement that was sent. I am told that there was only 4 roses and 4 lilies. Definitely not what I thought I was paying for.

Very easy ordering, and beautiful arrangement.
I have used from your flowers 15 times in the last 12 months, only a couple of those times was their any type of issue and they were resolved.
I sent them - I did not receive them. Don't know all the specifics. FYI- If you want people to complete the survey - don't force them to leave a comment - it is very irritating.

Everything was great but the custom vase page kept freezing when i was trying to customize or would disaappear. The box was delivered but they didnt even ring the door bell or anything, so i actually had to tell the person check the door. If i got a refund i would order again to see if it doesnt happen again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
