As a first time customer, I was somewhat concerned about the price I paid versus the quality of flowers that would actually be delivered. I felt that the handling/service fee was excessive. I voiced my concern and was contacted by a representative who explained that "Our service charge is standard on all orders, and covers the cost of any extra delivery fees, processing of the order, locating florists in the area requested or shipping it directly from our preferred grower, and to ensure your complete satisfaction." After being sent a photo of the arrangement by the receiver, I was pleasantly surprised and felt better about the fee. The florist was reputable in the area and the arrangement was lovely.

My order was delayed twice but it worked out fine because of the outstanding follow-through and customer service From You Flowers gave me. I have had horrible experiences ordering flowers online but this was NOT one of them because of the integrity the business showed. It was refreshing to see and experience and they have made me a customer for life! Not only did they go above and beyond by upgrading my arrangement and sending me a $10 gift card, but they also sent a letter of apology with the flowers. My sick friend and her family raved and sent me pictures of how beautiful the arrangement was to top it all off. I can't say enough nice things about the company and this was the first of many times I will utilize them!

I've never ordered flowers online -this was my first time and I was even more surprised to find out that they were being shipped to their destination via UPS. I thought that my order would be placed with a local florist (within the area of delivery- like within the same town and state). What I got was not exactly what I had expected. The picture online looked much nicer. I'll do more thorough research next time for sure.
The first arrangement of flowers that was delivered was very disappointing. I discussed this with customer service and they handled it very well. They sent out a replacement flower arrangement, that we received the next day. These were much better. Actually looked like the picture on the web site. We were also given a $15 off discount for our next order. Thanks!

The flowers was stunning but the timing totally out it was delivered after the time that was promised he left work by then so they were late he received it today. He then knew about it so no real surprise. The ladies who assited me offered vouchers ect. That wasnt the point the product was stunning but delivery service sucked i will not use your company again cse time management is important i do understand the unforeseen that may happen. Im from cape town and wanted to do something special for my partner. Thats all
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
