No comment until I hear from my aunt as to whether it is as promised and she likes it. She emailed to thank me but only mentioned the bear and balloons, did not mention the flower so do not know if everything was as advertised. She is 90, doesn't have a cell phone so no pictures of what she received.
Could have had more information about how the flowers are delivered and what happens if no one is at home to accept delivery especially in hot summer climates. Do the flowers come from a local florist down the street or from another state? Just wasn't sure how it all works, since UPS delivery can be rough with packages, from our experience; even when something is marked perishable and fragile. The person I sent them to said they were beautiful, but they were left at front doorstep and I don't know how fresh they were when they retrieved them.
It would be nice to identify a window of time that I would expect the order to arrive (for example, between 4-5, or no later than 5:30). All it says as far as delivery times is when it gives you an option for morning expedited delivery (before 12), but all it says is that normal delivery will be during normal business hours... Whose normal hours? All businesses are different. This is very vague and not very reassuring. What if I wanted have flowers delivered to my wife's work but they can only be accepted between 12 and 1? There is no way to note this or request this when placing my order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
