The selections were good and the prices are fair! It was an easy site to order on. I sent flowers to my Aunt in the hospital out of state and she said they were the prettiest flowers she's ever received and they smell so good plus they are in the prettiest cup. It's nice to know you can send flowers online and they're delivered quickly and exceed your expectations!
I paid extra for before noon delivery. It did not meet that deadline. I called customer service and they credited back the additional charge. Other than that, I was pleased with the service.

Quick and easy, the photos of the flower arrangements really helps. My girlfriend was extremely happy with the sunflower arrangement, and I was able to have them delivered to her in Santa Cruz while I organised it from Australia. Excellent service!
NOT satisfied at all. Looked nothing like the picture, the florist used pink instead of purple flowers and I specifically wanted purple with red roses. The roses were already all the way open. This was for my moms 75th birthday. $70...just awful.
