It was really good experience for me i never sent anyone flowers before so it was a easy process and good prices to. Ill use these guys again in the future for sure. They even delivered earlier than estimated time AFTER calling me n saying they would be late. They are awsome
I've used From You Flowers on a couple of different occasions, and have always been happy. But, I was disappointed with what I got for the price this time. I paid $42 for a teddy bear with a balloon, and it looked like a $5 stuffed dog with the $5 mylar balloon. Very disappointed.

Paid extra for delivery before noon, flowers arrived at 2:25 pm, I needed it early or I might as well have gone to grocery store and got similar arrangement for half the price.
Awesome pricing and quick delivery
1- I started the order online. Then I noticed there is an extra discount for phone order. I spoke with one of the receptionists; she was very helpful. Later on, I called again because I forgot to add the recipient room # at the rehab facility. Both people I've talked to were very nice and professional, I think they were?Maria and/or Porchia. I would not hesitate to recommend this site to others.
2- Not sure if this issue was related to the security of the place where I was placing the order, I had to click submit many times before I could get to the final check out...
3- I wish we could have a picture of the complete and final product at the check out, and to also have a screen shot of the actual product/arrangement before it gets delivered; which is feasible in my opinion with camera that is easily accessible nowadays.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
