Product looked completely different from picture. Flowers were sent from overseas, for grandmother's funeral. Different vase, different flowers and color scheme. I will be sending in an email to customer service to show just how opposite product looked.
First of all, your ordering process for ordering flowers online was simple, quick and expedient. I had just used 1-800 Flowers the day prior to my order. So my comparison was very recent. I did not see the flowers you sent to my sister, but my niece who is very particular was well pleased with the flower arrangement. So was my sister on her 90th birthday!
