Flowers are pretty and I needed same day service, but there is a lot of charges added on after you choose your flowers, maybe that is standard for ordering flowers, but they are more expensive than I thought. Flowers got there in time for my sister's birthday, which was what I needed the most.

Confusion from the beginning on your end. I made my purchase for same day delivery at on 7/2/15@1:38 pm, CDT. Your policy states that same day deliveries will be made same day if order placed by 3 pm. This did not occur. I contacted customer service via e-mail later in the evening on 7/2/15 and was asked if I would like an apology call and an upgrade. I said that would suffice and thanks. The call was made and was courteous. Later in the day I checked to see if delivery was made. It had not been made, then I checked again with the recipient and still, they said it was not made. However, the recipient has a gated home and it is obvious the buzzer was not working. The gift was left at the gate.
My frustration was that your company would not provide me with the local florist you used for the actual delivery and could have saved me a couple of hours time... also... the hidden $14.99 fee was very unwelcome. Your prices should reflect the true amount online at first view, not hidden after adding the item to the cart. To me, it is deceptive.

The flowers are very fresh and the design was very pretty, just what I was hoping to get with the florists choice of design. I would like to receive flowers from this florist again. I had flowers a couple weeks ago from a place in Hilliard, the flowers were not as fresh as this place had. I am very knowledgeable about flowers and like to treat myself to these deliveries.

The site was very easy to maneuver! However the fact that the delivery man broke the arrangement and had to deliver another order was a bit of a hassle. Also the fee to get delivered before noon, I felt, was a waste you pay five extra dollars (and a three dollar "same day fee") to make sure it gets there before noon for it to be delivered at 11:50 (even though the confirmation email told me it was 11:20 the delivery man called me at 11:50 to tell me he couldn't find the suite number). Ten minutes? To me didn't feel like I got what I paid for, and there is a 14.99 service handling fee to "find florists", which I don't think is relevant since when you go online for a florist you click on their site only to get outsourced. Will I use this site again? Probably not, but you get what you pay for.

I was very pleased with the ease of the ordering process as well as the quick delivery. I feel for the price that I paid WITH the employee discount that it was expensive for the size of the flower's that were delivered. I consider myself to be a valued customer so it'd be nice to have a little more perks than your once every 2/3 yrs customer.
