I was pleased for the most with the flowers I got. The picture showed 3 white lilies, but the flowers I received only had 2. And the flowers surrounding the lilies weren't all quite in bloom, so I was a little disappointed about that.

I was a little confused and the operators were very helpful. I will say the final price surprised me. It was rather more than I expected. I was extremely upset with the fact that I paid $14.99 for same day delivery and was called to say they couldn't deliver that day. There was no florist in the area available. No one said anything about not paying the fee for it however the operator did say that they would upgrade the selection. I agreed because there didn't seem to be any more I could do.
