A strange thing: I ordered sympathy flowers yesterday, asking for and paying for same day delivery. I received an email yesterday saying they flowers had been delivered. I received a call this afternoon saying that my order could not be delivered TODAY because there was no one at home. I was told that the driver tried twice to deliver and was not comfortable leaving the flowers unattended at this apartment. As the shop where the flowers came from is closed until Monday, I had to agree to allow them to send out a new fresh bouquet on Monday. I received a message from the recipient of the flowers thanking me, so clearly she received them! I am a bit confused by this mix up. I will call back tomorrow nd make sure that they do not attempt to send more flowers on Monday. It all seems to have worked out just fine, but perhaps you want to check into how so much confusion occurred. Thank you!

I was thrilled to find a florist who would deliver the same day for a small service charge. The flower arrangement I chose from the website was full of flowers. I upgraded to the middle package. The arrangement that arrived for my daughter-in-law was pretty sparce. She had texted me a photo of it. I loved your delivery but the quantity sure was lacking.

I received a call immediately to tell me that my order would not be delivered on the requested date but I received an upgrade an a discount on my next order. I sincerely appreciated the update and the customer service gesture. Many companies would have just let my order be delayed without contacting me and/or giving me the additional benefits. Wonderful customer service! Plus, my order was for a funeral and I was very impressed when I saw it! THANK YOU!
The driver making the delivery had a hard time getting to the delivery location because of a road closure. He called several times. He didn't give up and got my flowers to my sister! Thank you! Thank you! You made her day! (and mine!). She said the flowers are beautiful!
I couldn't tell what the difference was between regular or deluxe, so the site encouraged spending money for unknown reasons. Otherwise, purchase was smooth.
Ordering seemed easy. Delivery was on time. Unfortunately, although I ordered the largest version of the bouquet with promises of it being a fuller more dense bouquet, the end result was a bit disappointing and seemed to match the mid-size version advertised. I may try another vendor next time.

Its very frustrating to see a14,99 service charge on the last screen. After I've made my order, put in all the information, THEN you inform me of an extra fee. Very dissatisfied and I will not shop here again.
