The picture shown of the flowers that I ordered were nothing like that that I received. I didn't know at the time I placed my ordered, that there would be a difference between the arrangement for vase and basket. The one that I thought I had ordered showed all flowers, but when I marked the box for basket, I received plants and a few flowers. It was under sympathy flowers, so when it arrived I was some what disappointed. The family of the person who's funeral these were meant for thought they were very nice, but I still was disappointed because they were not what I thought I had ordered.

The web site was very easy to navigate. However, I ordered "simply stunning" and was delivered "summer sunshine". My sisters retirement party was where the flowers were to be see. Her favorite colors are orange and purple. Simply stunning had both the colors and was very pretty. The one she got had No purple at all but did have pink roses. Orange and pink? Uncky-------would never use your site again! Sorry I did use it this time. She did mention how dissapointed she was. If there was a problem with getting purple status something should have been communicated before the flowers were sent. Nothing was.

Shopping experience was fine. The upcharges were my only dislikes. I also did not like that I did not get a delivery time confirmation so I was left wondering when the flowers were delivered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
