The first delivery, although made on time, did not match my request. When contacting about the problem, they kindly replaced the order meeting expectations.
Order was for wifes B-Day. Never arrived. Even paid for expedited delivery time. Customer service was great fixing the issue. Next day delivered.

Flowers weren't what I orderd per picture
This is my second time ordering. The first time, the flowers weren't delivered that day and I was contacted to approve the next day, when they weren't delievered either. Trying one last time. (Post Delivery) My wife loves the flowers, luckily she worked late so she was still there when they arrived almost 5 hours late. This will be the last time I use your service.
Flower arrangement was smaller than expected.
The first order did not contain the flowers ordered. Fromyouflowers were very nice and helpful but the florist lied to them about the order. We sent pictures and fromyouflowers had the order resent. The second delivery was much improved. Thank you
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
